The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, so outdated German ecommerce terms should no longer direct customers to that platform.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
